Tough Situation....what sho..

Beginning of this year i met a girl, she was hooking up with this one kid who was outgoing but short,had acne, etc.....they hooked up 7 times and i saw them make out etc. when they were hanging out for around a month. Other than me this is the only guy she has hooked up with in college (we are sophomores) WE have been dating for around 3 months now but I just can't seem to get those images or thoughts out of my mind and when i try to suggest a possible breakup she cries and breaks down says she loves me, that she made a huge mistake with that guy, she has cut all communication off with him. What do you think....should I be able to forget about what I saw and know ....could you forget it? I do care about this girl but I dont know if i can go any farther knowing what i know.... thnaks everyone

You have to be honest with yourself and with her. It is up to you whether you can forgive her and move on. It is very hard to get those images out of your head. Is she and your relationship worth salvaging? If so, then give yourself time to heal, but if not, you might as well get out now. Sure she will cry, but prolonging the inevitable will only hurt you both more in the end.
