Drugstore makeup?

I'm going to be shopping for new makeup soon and need some suggestions...I need options I can find at local drugstores, and not department stores...I just can't afford it! Any suggestions for a good foundation and lipstick...I need a moderate coverage foundation that is oil free and won't clog pores (acne scars and breakout prone) but that doesn't feel too caked on...As far as lipwear, it can be lipstick, gloss, balm, anything...Just looking for something that won't turn into white goo on my lips after an hour (which most seem to do for me)...Thanks in advance!

I cant think of the name right now, but there is a drugstore foundation with the name clean in it.

As for the lips - I get the same thing and I thought I was the only one! Here is what HELPS - Right before you shower rub vaseline all over your lips - slab it on! After a few minutes in the shower take a toothbrush, old or purchase a very soft baby toothbrush just for this, gently rub your lips in a circular motion and rinse. Put on lip balm or better yet lanolin (lansinoh is one brand - yes it is nipple cream, but it really is great for you lips - it looks like vaseline and you can use it in place of the vasaline) SO put the lip balm on and rub your lips together

I have found no lipsticks that work for me. I just stick with lip balm, tinted lip balm usually works - but I have to make sure I exfoliated my lips or they turn white.
