How to clear my skin and sp..

I have these hole like things which look weird and Im not sure how to get rid off. It's like the opposite of bumpy so it spots that goes inwards. I also have these red spots and people say they are 'Acne Scars' what ever they are can anyone help me how to get rid of them from my face.

Sounds like you have issues with blackheads, those are the "holes" that you are seeing probably. I would definitely see a dermatologist, there are certain creams that they can provide for you for that, that will fill in the spaces. As for the red spots, more than likely a dermatologist can prescribe something for that too. Believe me, its just a quick visit, and with some prescription meds & creams you'll be all set very soon! Sounds like acne scarring in both cases. Acne can leave a "pitted" mark behind which is very hard to get rid of. Or, the pits can be due to chicken pox, which is also very common.

The easiest way to lessen the look of these is exfoliation of the skin, either manually or chemically. If you go for manual exfoliation, get a scrub like St. Ives Apricot Scrub, or anything grainy. If you go for chemical exfoliation...get one of those at home chemical peels. Many makeup companies have them. They'll be in the skin care aisle. My favorite is Loreal Renoviste. Use either of these, or a combination of alternating these every few days and it should lessen the appearance of the scars.
