give atleast 3 similarities and 3 differences
What are some similarities and differences between viruses and bacteria?well they both have dna, they both have a protein coat around the dna in the bacteria its called nucleous and around the virus its just a simple protein coat, they both attach thier dna to the host dna in order to replicate however this procedure doesnot occur as much in bacteria as it occurs in viruses as virus vitality depends mainly on its dna replication.
What are some similarities and differences between viruses and bacteria?Differences:
viruses have a protein coat and bacteria have a cell wall
bacteria can reproduce on their own while viruses must invade a host to do so
bacteria are considered living organisms while viruses are not considered as so
Similarities:
Both are much smaller than a eukaryotic cell
Both can be both parasitic or helpful
Both can weather extreme conditions
What are some similarities and differences between viruses and bacteria?they are both parasitic. I dont think there are more similarities
Viruses are immune to antibiotics while bacteria are not. (unless they have an immunity)
viruses are so much more microscopic than the prokayotic cells
viruses have a protein coat and replicate themselves through a host cell of the living organism.
bacteria produce toxins
anti-bodies by lymphocytes may defend against bacteria and not viruses
lol is that enuff?
