they will explode due to the lack of atmospheric pressure and vapor pressure. Since the pressure inside their body is greater than their environment, then they will expand and eventually will explode in a zero gravity, therefore zero atmospheric pressure environment.

i suppose they become more potentially lethal. heavy microbes can now become airborne partilces and so they become more contagious. they can travel farther than before
