Seems like RELIGION is just..

I grew up in a Christian household. I was taught to not be a racist. I was also taught that anyone of any other religion was damned. I asked about chinese dragons, and karma, buddhist principles. I was told that there religious beliefs were false, they worshipped devils, and not the true God as they were not christians. I go to my families church, and I ask them about Hindi religious rights, and they tell me that Hindus worship the devil, and bad gods with blood and fire, they are not going to heaven because they are not christians. Same thing with jews, muslims, etc. Christians (primarily, not all) have this sense that they are the only ones good enough for God. This is the same as teaching racism to your children. Don't hate him because of his skin, or color, or looks, hate him because of his peoples culture. He is just not good enough for god because of his culture. Same thing as racism to me. Am I crazy?

No you're not crazy I think the same. People are scared of different cultures and brainwash their children the same way. Its tragic, but you've broken away from that and its definately a good thing.
