I am 16 going on 17. Well outta puberty but my skin is terrible. I have mostly acne scars and sometimes a few breakouts. Its mostly the scars I want to get rid of. I have it on my shoulders, back, T-Zone, and a little on my face. I wash my face everynight (if I do it more than that it gets dry and peels.) I have a healty diet ( I live in Japan.) But it doesnt seem like its getting any better. Sure I have gone on tons of sites but there must be something that I am missing. Can someone please help me.

How can I have beautiful skin?

Drink lots of water, it is the best thing you can do for your skin. If your hair is oily then make sure you wash it regularly or it will cause breakouts in the hairline. If you're hair is long, the oil can irritate sensitive skin.

Natural sunlight is good for your skin as well - be sure to wear sunscreen though to protect it from UV rays. You should also exercise regularly - sweating helps your skin breathe.... also eat fresh foods.. lots of veggies and fruits with antioxidants (berries!)

I had awful skin between the ages 15 - 25. I had a dermatologist who prescribed some medication for me... as I grew older, I started getting microdermabrasian treatments, facials, back facials, and a personal trainer to help keep my body in shape. Be careful if you try microdermabrasian, there are so many places that are not certified. So do your research and be sure to go to a Spa or clinician who is experienced with great reviews. Expect to pay approximately $200 US dollars for a single treatment with Facial.
