I have dry kinda rough skin..

what can i do to have soft not dry skin without making it oily or getting pimples and where i wont have to spend alot of money no money would be great!

Vaseline is really good for dry it skin. Just rub in a generous amount before you go to bed and cover with clothing, socks, cotton gloves(Depending on the area of the body) and you should wake up with smoother skin. Do this every night before bed and it helps. Vaseline is also great for lips, put it on before bed and wake up with soft, moisturized lips.

try E45. It's suppossed to be really good.

Use petroleum jelly. Just use a little bit, where your face doesnt feel dry at all. Well, its definitely great for winter because your skin is the driest then. I use it all the time and my face is soft and clearer because of it. Try it, i have all of my friends doing it.

Try to exfoliate your skin with a good exfoliate which contains AHA acids(glycolic,lactic acids),use it every other day,than by yourself a moisturizer with hyluronic acid (that's a good hydrator) its gonna keep your skin hydrated and it won't clog your pours.I really don't advise you to use Vaseline that's to heavy for any skin type.
