I love winter, but hate dry skin
I've heard keeping yourself hydrated, and using a humidifier to keep moisture in the air.
Do these suggestions work? I'd hate having to apply lotion everyday for every winter. If you find a better way that works, care to share??
I love winter, but hate dry skin?I live way up North, I make sure I drink lots of water, and get alot of good oils. Like eating fish, and using olive oil and balsamic vinegar on my salads, and I put ground flax seed on my cereal in the mornings. It helps more than I thought. I still use mosturizer every couple of days if it's below zero temperatures.
I love winter, but hate dry skin?Aveeno stuff I think... go to aveeno.com (i think that's web)
I love winter, but hate dry skin? These do work, I've personally tried them. But they still dont help enough. I know that blue star ointment helps with winter itch. I also use Aveeno with oatmeal and Jergens Original scent. Hope this helps!
I love winter, but hate dry skin?Lower the temperature of your bath water.
Take showers every other day.
Use a moisturising soap like Dove or Oilatum.
I love winter, but hate dry skin?Yes, those work, but, you still need to apply lotion. Aveeno is good and it really does moisturize all day long, and, after you shower, if you put some baby oil on a wet washcloth and wipe this over your body, while you are still wet, this will help keep your skin from drying out. [I do this]
