Is drinking alcohol bad for your skin?

I am a 23/f I will turn 24 in July and I don't consider myself a heavy drinker, but for the past year or so, I drink a few drinks (not anything hard) a couple of nights during the week (roughly 2/3 days at most of the week) and lately I've noticed my skin has been more dry and also around my nose it's very blotchy if you look at my face closely and fine lines are spreading more prominently around my eye area. could this be caused my by drinking, even in moderation, my not washing my face twice a day, or my not moisturizing every night, or my getting older (turning 24) or a combination? Also I only drink about 3 glasses of water a day, if even that, not the recommended 8 glasses. And my hair is getting thinner, too. What's the deal? Am I aging b4 my time, and could all this be caused by my alcohol intake even though I really don't drink that much?
Is drinking alcohol bad for your skin?Drinking is bad for you all together. Run a test on yourself... dont drink for like 2 weeks and see if your skin condition improves.. if it doesn't, its not your drinking problem causing it...
