Ladies........Dry Skin.......

I have really dry skin lately, and it seems that no matter what I use, it does not help. I think I own every lotion under the sun. can someone tell me which is the best?

I use the Caress in-shower lotion Glowing touch. My husband bought this for me and it is great. You put it on in the shower and then rinse it off. Works beautifully. Also, try Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Healing lotion. It is really good also.

Drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water per day

try a lotion not under the sun, the sun tends to dry stuff out.

I have the very same problem! My doc said to drink more water, eat more salmon and use Vaseline at night all over my body. So far I've seen a slight improvement.

i really think lanolin based cream "amolin" is a good one, is great

use shower oil for washing

and move to a place where the air is not so dry, this is a very common reason for dry skin but few people know it.

I know this may sound crazy but the best cream I have found is from AVON. It is called Moisture Therapy. It is VERY thick but it does do the job. It's often on sale. Good Luck!
