Usually it occurs during cold climates, hence the lips get all dry and the skin gets dehydrated too.. hence consume lot of water, eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, cheese, milk products..
and Cleanse, tone and moisturize ur skin with any good quality cold cream.. Im sure it wud work. Good Luck!
