My skin is very dry and red and I have eczema on my arms and bleed very easily. I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions that I could try to moisturize my face and body besides just a lotion. Or if anyone knows of a gentle exfoliator. I'm on this very strong acne medication (Accutane). I've tried Vitamin E oil and it hasn't seemed to help... so if you have any suggestions, please help :)

Look into Dermarest body wash for eczema, it may help some. Vasaline also helps lock in moisture, but not sure how that would work with eczema, but it creats a barrier to keep your skin from losing moisture. I think this might be good to do at night right after you get out of the shower.

Also, if you have "hard" water, that will only add to the dry skin. You may want to look into a water softener or something just for your shower if you don't want a system for the entire house.

Drink lots of water.It will hydrate your skin.

get a vitamin K cream from your local drugstore. rub it on daily, its easy and affordable!

You should drink lots of water but i would say you should ask your doctor on this one if your that conserned about it!
