Use this after you get out of the shower. It lingers on the skin a little, but what a powerful moisturizer!

For an excellent scrub, try this recipe:

3/4 cup white sugar

Juice from half of an orange (use fresh for best results!)

Jump in the shower, wet skin then gently rub this into skin. Rinse. Amazingly soft skin!! Just make sure you don't have any cuts or open sores!

You need to think about what you put in your body, before thinking about what to put on it. Having dry skin can be medical, but typically it is from not drinking enough water. Drink plenty of water and see if the condition improves. Any type of "lanolin" based lotion will work. You can even use body oils. Either one is best applied after a shower, and helps to seal in the body's water and keep the skin smooth. In shower lotions also work..but not as well.
