Lately I have been breaking out really bad with acne. I have not had it this bad since I was 17. I haven't used any different products on my skin. My diet has not changed at all either... in fact... I am eating healthier than ever.

I would look more into your healthy diet as the cause of your acne. Could be an allergy or food sensitivity. Could also be hormone changes. If this is your only symptom I don't think your liver is the culprit.

try drinking a lot of green tea. It help flush out toxins from your body. also milk thistle is good for cleansing the liver. you can buy it at any vitamin store.
