Will i be able to lose the weight??

This is something you should consult a physician about. At your age, being at obese is dangerouse. If you loose at least 1 pound a week, you'll be 58 pounds lighter. Diet and exercise are the only way to loose that much weight. Don't rush it, or try to hurry it along. You didn't gain all that weight in a short time, and you won't loose it in a short time either. Patience, Persistence, and Practice. Those three things are very important to keep going on with your weight loss program. Avoid pills, fad diets, gimmicks...etc. Follow your doctor's advice and what ever diet regime he gives you. I know he's old as the dinosaurs, but he really does know what he's talking about.

Will you be able to loose weight? The answer is a definite YES. How much will be up to how well to stick with your program. Taking weight off gradually will help keep it off. Sudden weight loss is not only unhealthy, it can cause cardio-vascular problems. Avoid the yo-yo effect of loosing a lot of weight then gaining it all back. Every time you do that, it will be that much more difficult to get the weight off again. And, as I said, it will do damage to your heart.
