How to flatten scars?

I have a scar that I can't get to flatten. I have tried everything under the sun. It is a raised scar(keloid). Is there anything I can try to flatten it.

try squeezing lemons on it or try expensive scar removing products like rosehip scar remover.:)

Mederma, it really works great! I had 7 stiches on my face last year and now you can't even see it, unless you look really close. You can find it at any drugstore, like CVS or Walgreen.

I went to a dermatologist for a keloid last year that i have had since a child right in the middle of my chest. She did a series of three injections of Kenolin and it is now practically invisible.

With keloids, there is extra scar tissue that needs to be dissolved from the inside out.

It will take a long time. I purchased a bar of coco butter. It is really hard but will soften with a little rubbing. You need to rub the coco butter on the keloid. I was 16 and had a keloid due to an ear piercing gone bad. Anyway I would sit and watch tv and rub the cooc butter on my ear and it is gone.

There is an old working way and that is to wet a tea bag w/ hot water and then put it on ur arm. Good Luck w/ the scar and i beg of u! Vote me best answer!

Get a hair from a horse's tail and tie it around the keloid as tight as you can, leave it there. Tighten it again for consecutive days until the keloid falls out. Within approx 3 days it should fall out.

with a steralize blade first the keloid skin should

be removed, after removing it just put little lime and tabacco paste on it for 5 min only one time

and later apply an anticeptic cream on it.
