At most, l think l've had these black spots for 3 years now. I don't apply sunscreen when l go outdoors. l'm very active outdoors and don't seem to mind the tans l get, but the problem lies within my neck/back. There are some dark black spots that have been there for a while now. l tried going to the beach and applying sun tan lotion only on the parts where my dark black spots were (neck-back area). lt didn't seem to work as my skin only got darker, yet the black spots are still there.
How do l fix this? l'm hearing things like rubbing lemon and scrubbing; or using the Mr.Clean Magic Eraser? Any information would be helpful as l don't know what these black dark spots are called.

How do l remove the dark black spots on my back due to being in the sun too much?If the color is not that dark,it could be freckles. It's close to impossible to remove freckles. They can get faded though.THe only way to prevent future freckles is to stay away from the sun.Sunblocks do help but they don't block out the ultra-violet rays completely.Putting a long-sleeve jacket on and carry an umbrella add extra protection.
