This team never played in unison, except when they were hurt after SCG. The board is like a thick skinned dumb buffalo giant , which is only concerned for money inflow.

Firstly board allowed Mr. Chappel to play politics and divide the Indian cricket team. Chappel hurt the prospects of a talented player like Ganguly. Then , when team started to get into a groove, Dravid resigned of captaincy due to dubious reasons and dictatorship of Colonel Vengsarkar.

Now Dhoni and Yuvraj are playing crookery to get the pillars of the Indian team out . which has again created a rift and intra team politics rivalry, which can certainly affect India prospects in upcoming series.

What do you think, do we need dictators in Indian cricket. Poeple like Dhoni and yuvraj , who are more interested in women and minting money by modelling shoudl be sacked!!

It was the fab 4 , who saved the day in Australia , when we will get rid of politics in Indian cricket, i want to see them hungry for victory!!

the answer-- When our cricket board adopts a proffessional approach & make cricketers like Kapil Dev, Gavaskar in charge instead of political leaders like Sharad Powar & when the selectors adopt a more transparent approach rather then recommending players of their territories...The system needs a lot of change..
