Okay so my severe dry skin on my face it a combo of just dry skin and my psoriasis.I havnt found a total fix for the problem (psoriasis is uncureable) but I can manage to keep the dryness away with a slight scrub and good lotion.All this moisture,even if its an oil free lotion,leaves me with blimishes.I used to never break out and now I am stuck.
Ok my actual question-I need a make-up that can cover my blimishes and redness from where the dryness is but still looks fairly natural and not cakey.Something that I can purchase at wal-mart or a drug store would be great!It you have ANY idea please let me know.Someone mentioned Max factor-if you have used this please let me know also!Thanks!

use Mayballine pure makeup its great for dry and Olliy skin, and it covers really well, with out making your skin worst.
