Do fish oil pills give you ..

i just started taking them.. and i have oily skin that im proud to say is very well-maintained as far as being acne free and its not easy. are this fish oil pills going to make it harder for me to keep clear skin? i also have oily hair that i have to wash every night.. are these pills gonna make it worse?
