Does anyone know a good eye..

my eyeliner always comes off (or gets splotchy) on the bottom because i have oily skin. does anyone know of a good eyeliner that stays on oily skin? like a brand?

I have been using Revlon Colorstay 16-Hour Eyeliner. (I think it's called 16-Hour, but it could be 12 or 18-Hour). Anyway, this stuff does not BUDGE until you want it to. (Use eye makeup remover made for waterproof eye makeup). I have combo skin, but my eyelids do get oily. Many eyeliners just slide off, wear off, feather off, or disappear on me by midday. Not true for the Colorstay eyeliner. Bonus- The eyeliner is not tested on animals (Revlon is a non-testing company) and costs less than 10 bucks.

don't know a specific brand but if you can pat a bit of face powder on the area first, I think it would help.

#1 you probably have oily skin cuz your skin isnt getting enough moisture. go to your nearest clinique place and talk to them about that. and if you cant afford their treatments, just get some body lotion to put on...

#2 i dont know if they have hot topic where you live but its a gothic store a link off of american eagle and you can buy some really nice eyeliner there. thats where i got mine for holloween. and i still use it somtimes cuz its that nice.
