Help Me Fight Acne?

I get really bad acne and nothing seems to be working 4 me. I wash my face every morning and night but nothing seems to be the cure. I also have very oily skin and within minuets of washing my skin gets oily again. can someone please help me!

Do you drink a lot of sugary/caffienated soda?

If so, try drinking water or flavored water for 2 weeks or so in place of the soda and see if your acne gets better. Somebody suggested this to me and it actually worked!! My acne slowly got better and better and eventually went completely away. 3 years later, I tried drinking caffiene again in the form of energy drinks - guess what!? It came right back!!!

I'm sure this would not work for anybody but its worth a shot if you've tried everything else!

Someone suggested to me to try purpose Soap by Johnson and Johnson..they said to use that twice a day w/benzoyl peroxide cream...I'm gonna try it tonight but I've been hearing good things about that soap....if not then try Proactiv...it worked good for me but, dried the heck out of my skin

Mary Kay sells an excellent "oil control lotion" which removed my acne within 4 hours of application. You will need to re-apply it daily, but it works perfectly.
