How to get rid of bacne mar..

Couldn't wear tanks for a while because of my bacne marks. o.O The acnes healed but left small brown marks on my back =.= . It's not fresh anymore, and the scars looked permanent...is it really necessary for me to go get a treatment from a dermatologist, or are there products out there you think might help?

My face also have acne marks, since my skin's oily, I usually get blackheads, and huge pores...stretch marks becoming more noticeable. I don't know how to tighten up the pores and clear blackheads. I've been using Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash, but seems to dry out my face a lot even after I moisturize. Usually my skin gets red after >_> and it's probably sensitive.

I've looked up something that said washing your face with just warm water works fine since I've oily skin and need to keep a balance of natural oil.

I don't have a case of 'acne' but I try as much as I can to avoid it. Honestly, when I use 'acne-scrubs' it gives me a zit. I just wash my face with regular soap. I never get a zit when I am regularly using it.

As far as scars go, use a body wash that has NOTHING to do with 'bacne/acne' whenever they do, they always make it worst for me. Use a lotion when you are dry from the shower, but you don't want to make your back/body oily so wipe most of it off with a towel about 10 minutes after applying it.
