I have very bad oily skin and I tried all the expensive brands that are for oily skin but they all irritate my face and I wish I could find something to cover up my face with but still be ok for my face any recommendations?

I don't know how good it is for your skin, but Revlon ColorStay (for oily skin) works really well for me.

I am right there with you. Bare Minerals on www.qvc.com or www.ebay.com they are natural mineral powders and do not clog up oily pores. Wonderful product!! Only I can wear all others break out my face. Best of all it is so light you cannot feel it and it gives a natural look not "Made up"

you should find something that is water based and oil free. the expensive brands for oily skin are made to absorb excess oil and that could be irritating for you. You could be more of an oily/sensitive skin type. You should look for something with natural ingredients, oil free, fragrance free. How much coverage do you need? If you don't need a lot then you could go with a basic skin tint with a pressed powder on top, then use the powder during the day to control the shine. If you haven't tried Prescriptives then I would try them. They are a foundation company and have a ton of options. I have worked in cosmetics for 6 years and I have found that they have the biggest selection. They are more expensive though. You can get samples to try before you buy though. Which is good so you can see how it works with your skin. Sometimes its better to spend more money on something that you know will work for you, and you can try first. Where if you go to the drug store its harder to pick out a color and a formula because you can't try it on your face, and you can't take a little home with you to test it out. I haven't tried Bare Minerals myself, but my co-workers wears their makeup and loves it. Her skin always looks very nice. Good luck!
