Will this skincare routine ..

Wash face in morning with Clinque 3-step system which includes, clarifying facail wash, then Clarifying face wash 2, and then moisruizer [oil-free]. I do that two times a day to get non oily skin and acne free.

Then use www.clinique.com/templates/products/sp_n... this product at night. Or should i should use this product? I have very oily skin and need something.

This will work fine just ensure that you use clean and sanitised facial sponges or cloth to remove the face wash so that don't put bacteria back into your skin. For best results you should use a non-abrrasice facial exfoliant twice a week and a face mask once a week.

Make sure that during the day yo udon't touch your skin as you will spread germs and bacteria and this encourage the over production of sebum(oil)

yes it will probobly work well together.

Clinque has been manufacturing facial products for years and they make excellent products. The product is only as good as your commitment to the routine however. If you stay with the program it should work just fine.
