Ok so i'm warning you if you can handle this sort of stuff look at this picture and someone tell me if this is even possible. Ok so i found this picture and it grossed me out and i just wondered what is it and how can this happen to a female's breast. The picture is a female's breast and it has big holes all over it, and in the holes there is worms. Could it be a parasite and is it even real? Go to www.tinypic.com, then do a seach type in worms and look at the first picture. It is kinda graphic

I didn't look at the picture but I am aware that a fly called the Bot fly can lay eggs in the skin and when the egg hatches the larval worm will feed off of the tissues under the skin. It does not crawl out until it is ready to pupate into an adult fly. In Africa one can be bitten by the Tumbu fly which also deposits its eggs under the skin. I believe your photo was about this fly's larvae.

Loa loa is a parasitic worm transmitted to the skin by the bite of a fly. The larva eats and grows in the subcutaneous tissues of the skin and does not try to come out for at least a year. It can grow to more than an inch in length by the time it is mature.
