If plants do not see as we all now, then how come they use bright colors for advertising dangerous fruits like the red pepper , and how do they know that beings around them "see" so they use different pigments for attractions ?
Do plants see? then how come...?What would be the point of being able to see danger coming if you were rooted to the ground? They don't "know" anything. Evolution has worked to give them color.

it happens because during the development of flowering plants petal became bright colored to attract insects so the fruits too became bright colored

Do plants see? then how come...?Its not on the plant to produce attractive fruits. its in the gene of a plant to produce a fruit of specific colour. gene is present in the nucleus of a cell that controlls all the characters of a plant like its height, colour of leaves, etc. more over some flower r attractive because of pollination. to do pollination they r attractive to attract the insects through which the pollination occurs. those flower whose pollination does not occurs by insects are not attractive like wind flowers i.e. whose pollination occurs through wind.
