How do I get rid of or fade..

I am dark pigmented and have sensitive skin.... Ive never had a problem with acne but when I do get a pimple or two it leaves post-acne scars that dont seem to go away or fade. Is there something I can use? Ive tryed Nutregina post-acne fading peel but have seen no difference after about 4 months of use.... any sugestions?

See a dermatologist and have them removed with laser. Cover them with makeup or live with them.
