And people--like whoever authored that "Secret Cures" food book--are just taking advantage of people who are desperate for a cure to something. Making money from people they don't care about at all.
There are NO foods that cure ANYTHING. It's a scam.
If you want to clear up your acne, you go to a dermatologist and get some prescription medication. It will clear your skin beautifully.
