What this scanlation name?

There was this scanlation I was reading.

It about this boy with green hair and green eyes and he is also a plant. He shows no emotion. There is this guy in the school who is in love plant. He was very curious about the boy with green hair and green eyes so he follow in one day and he notice vines commming out of his skin. After that he doesn't leave him alone and since he know he is plant he know have to take care of him.

It's pretty hard to find it... unless someone read a lot of manga.
