This idiot, says he gave his Chihuahua beer and got him drunk, and thinks it's really funny! I don't believe this dog is drunk, but in extreme pain, in horrible living conditions, and is being abused! Both of the dogs in this video look like they are in need of a veterinarian, and fast! I would like to submit this video, to the proper authorities, and have these dogs taken away from this, pathetic excuse of a human being, treated by a vet, and adopted out to someone who will love and properly care for these poor dogs and give them a chance at the happy life they both deserve. Do you have any sites you can give me where I can report him? Thanks!!! These types of people, just make my skin crawl!!! Please help me, help these poor dogs!

where is the video from? is it anyone you know? is it a website of videos?

it depends where you saw it and who has it. If you saw it on Metcalf or U-tube or something you will need to report it to the customer service or moderator of the sight. You also could email the Humane Society of the United States and attach the link. See if there is grounds for investigation. With out a name or location of the abuser in question it will be almost impossible to prosecute anything. If you do know the person then it can be delt with locally in the area with an investigation team within the county. Unfortunately this will be a lot of work on your part to try to get it processed.
