Athelete's Thumb?

Okay, so for a few months now, I've had this condition with m thumb..

The pretty much looks like the pictures on the back of a anti-fungal cream box, but it's only on my thumb.

I've gone to the doctors to check it out, and he didnt know what it was saying he's never seen something like it before.

Fungus spreads and it's form being moist right?... but this is ONLY on my thumb, and since its my hand, dry. I've tried just applying fungal ointment, I've tried lotions, and i've tried to leave it be. But considering ive ahd it since before october last year, I'd really like to get rid of it.

Oh, and also. When i look closely at it, I can see little blisters, small holes under the skin.

Have you seen a dermatologist or just a regular MD? Does it itch? It might be some kind of fungus or warts possibly. I'd see a dermatologist if I were you.
