Is it possible to get dandr..

I know you can get dandruff in the ear canal and around the ear which causes itiching and dry skin. Sometimes the itiching may feel like your sking crawling but it is a touch of itiching. I also wonder if this is true can this condition cause a ringing in the ear?

I have had something similar and it comes and goes with the dry or wet season. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean inside the ear and behind my ears for a couple days and it clears right up.
