I have naturally blonde hair, but have for a long time highlighted and lightened it. Just for a change I decided to go a darker color and went to a dark brown auburn. Well I got tired of it after awhile and my roots were growing out so I used a color remover to strip it from my hair so I could go back to being blonde. Then because the remover left some orange in it I used a pale ash blonde color to neutralize those warm tones(because I look better in cool tones with my very fair & cool skin tone). Then I dyed it Feria 100 Pure Diamond which is a light blonde with NATURAL tones because its exactly the color I want. Well my hair darkened a LITTLE, but its still really pale, almost white. Can I not use natural tones over a basically white blonde to get color,is that why it didn't really work? I want to have a more natural, less pale, shade of blonde, how do I go from ultra pale blonde to more natural(but not warm shade) with AT HOME coloring? My hair still feels in good condition fyi.

Pale blonde hair, but I want darker blonde hair!! HELP, how do I do this?

first of all do not use wal mart dyes which contain metallic and compound dyes they are really bad on the hair and not a professional product and i am preety sure if you dye your hair as light as you have it if you go darker it will have a red hue to it go to salleys and get your color make sure it does not conatin compound dyes or metallic which is unpredictable and is not salon compatable . if i was you ii would definately go to a salon tell them every thing you have put on your hair and go from there
