Acne marks?

ive had bad skin since i was 17, it started when i started threading - an indian hair removal method. Now ive stopped and my skin has been left with some pitted marks which arent too deep but you can see them in the light, are there any laser or surgical methods which are safe to diminish their appearance

My doctor said it was caused by threading. Im 21 now

well idk why u would want to remove hair. but im sure there are lasic treatments for that see a dermatoligist
