Stickers./Thorns?

We just moved and I'm used to walking outside bare foot without getting hurt. Well in our new house we have a big patch of stickers. Well I happened to walk into the huge patch, and couldn't get out very fast, so I got a both feet full of stickers. I pulled them all out and I think there are 1-3 little tiny ones (smaller than a very small freckle or mole).

They are stuck deep inside my foot as they have been embedded over with thick skin. Well they are really hard to see to get out being so small and then when you poke at them the skin gets even more irritated. This happened yesterday and there are irritated bumps over every place that I got punctured deeply.

When you pick at the small sticker left in my foot if it is a sticker. You cannot even reach it, pus comes out a little. I was told just to let it push itself out. But I don't know the side effects of what could happen if it is left in and it doesn't come out besides infection needing antibiotics. Please help!

It will come out on its own, I promise, although it will hurt for a while.
