Wierd! I skinned my knee an..

Well I fell off my bike when it flipped after slipping on a patch of ice and skinned my knee...

It's probably the worst I've ever skinnied it because it was so painful, deep, and bled a lot, but because it IS only a skinned knee, I'm not too concerned.

HOWEVER,

About two minutes after it happened, the area was totally numb! It lasted for about 10 minutes before the pain came back. I know that endorphins calm pain but it was totally numb and the feeling cam back quite suddenly, and the pain was just as severe as it had been.
