A tick bite, I am going cra..

I got a tick bite around my elbow area. The tick didn't go in under the skin, my aunt got it out with just a tissue pulling at it. Not even the head was inside. Is there a possibility it transfered a disease in me? Should I go to the doctor ASAP? My aunts says I should wait until I get a red circle around but I really want to be safe . Is it true symptoms can start without having a rash or bullseye? Or do a rash has to happen. All I have is a very tiny pink dot, it doesn't hurt one bit. I still can't believe I got it when my aunts have lived in the country more and worked outdoors without ever getting it while I barely go outside.

quit worrying about it...you will make yourself sick through mental stress. People get tick bites all of the time, and it is only rarely that you hear about it, and that is the odd time that the bite becomes infected or what ever..bug bites are just another part of life that we have to endure.

Go on with your life, and the little red mark will more than likely be gone before you know it.
