ALBINO BLACK person?

Has anyone seen a "black person" who had WHITE skin, BLONDE, but kinky hair, with black people's features? (like bigger nose, lips). Im not even kidding but I've seen an albino black person. I was at a camp and spent like 4 days with her. I wanted to ask her but it wouldve sounded really rude. It just looked sooo odd to me. Is it like a disease for a black person to be born with such light features? or a mutation?

Albino's come in all kinds of races and nationalities.

I used to go to camp with an albino kid. .. His skin was pink and his hair was yellow (he was of brown descent)

we used to call him Yellow Pinky. .. now before you say how mean that was. . .he told us that's what his friends called him as a nick name. My Daughter attends high school with a 'brown' girl that is albino. she is quite fair, with sandy colored hair, but it (her hair) is the texture of a brown persons hair.

They sing in chorus together, and I don't think her albino ism is as severe as "yellow pinky's" was. Funny that you should ask, yesterday I saw a Caucasian girl with a severe case when I went to the market. He hair was pure white. . .almost clear if that is possible. Her skin was quite pale with a hint of pink. She wore very dark sunglasses so I did not see her eyes, but I imagine they were pink or a very light blue or green.
