Now that I'm almost 40 I've kind fo gotten on a health kick and I can't believe how much better I feel/look since starting - even my hair and skin look MUCH better. I'm taking the following:
Garlic - Heart disease runs in my family
Milk Thistle - Liver problems in my family
Multi-Vitamin
Extra Vitamin C
What else should a woman take to help protect her health?

just make sure you exercise and eat right
like stay away from alot of fryed , fatty foods
those fryed foods and pizza things with alot of grese
in it will hurt your heart
Attn: Women - Do you take supplements?I'd suggest getting your blood checked for iron deficiencies and if needed, take iron. You should also take a vitamin B complex for your heart- high homocysteine can be easily lowered with certain B vitamins. :-)
I take B, C, zinc, iron and fish oil

Attn: Women - Do you take supplements?Since you are 40 ,you should start taking extra calcium with vitamin D to protect you from osteoporosis which is very common during and after menopause.
