Chicken Pox Question?

My 14 month old woke up with spots that look just like chicken pox...I have seen them so many times I am 99% positive he has it.....He did have the shots for them and it seems to be a light case.

Here is my question....I have a 3 year old who had the chicken pox 2 times....she also had the shots. She has dance class today and pictures in her costume for her recital. She has very fair and sensitive skin...I found 3 spots on her at the back of her neck. Do you think she has chicken pox? Should I send her to dance class and pictures....or should I play it safe and keep her home. I just hate to see her miss out on her recital and pictures if she really does not have it.

What do you think I should do???? No I did not call the doctor as I am sure the baby has chicken pox and I do not want to expose a room full of kids to chicken pox.

And yes I did ask this question in disease and health care...I wanted to cover all bases.

Chicken Pox Question?

I would keep her home. Chances are your daughter is just coming down with it, again. That's when children with it are most contagious. I would keep her home.

Chicken Pox Question?

p.s vaccinations are bad,and are a governments plot to make money, these shots increase the risk of cancer ,heart disease ,diabetes, liver problems ,and many more, Molly

Chicken Pox Question?

It is always better to play it safe. I am sure the other parents would appreciate you not exposing their children. There will be more dance recital. (: Let her dress up and dance for family and friends when everyone is feeling better. And, have a camera ready to get the perfect shots.
