why is it so hard to find a doctor with good bedside manners i haven't felt myself for a while a little off balance deep dull headaches chronic constipation sight seems to be getting worse swelts of every shape and form has appeared and comes on every part of my body my chest has a fullness and when i lay it feels like my chest is full with water like waves rushing back and forth i feel a lump in my breast feels like a grape that hurts my skin when you touch feels bruised at times like you've been hit just real tender at times my thighs get tremendous cramp at times as if my blood is not flowing right i have a host of things going on why do ekgs and electro tell you about the heart what is the test that will rule out heart disease or any other malfuntion my father had engina an mother has an enlarged heart what is the test that tells me if my internal organs are fine i have hematuria almost everytime i go to the doctor primary sent me to the urologist didn't care huh

It sounds like you have some serious health issues and you need medical attention. However, having worked for doctors myself, I can tell you from first hand experience that the doctor with the best bedside manner is not always the best doctor.

You need an over all physical by a general practitioner and he can refer you to whom ever you need to see from there he may be able to treat you himself. Yes, if your father had angina and mother also had cardiac problems it puts you at high risk for cardiac issues as well. The feeling of "drowning" could be CHF (congestive heart failure) and needs to be dealt with immediately by your physician or cardiologist. The test for heart disease you may be referring to is a cardiac stress test.
