Found a stray need help?

I found a female pit bull... she's got bad mange(how much will it cost to treat?) and huge nipples, I don't know if it means she just had puppies or she has been used for breeding multiple times, I assume she's escaped neglectful owners, the type to use dogs for fighting.. she's very sweet and would have luck getting adopted once her medical needs are met. I'm keeping her at my moms in her big back yard. i cant keep her w/ me b/c i have a baby pup and a very old dog I don't want them to contract whatever she may have disease wise. I am having trouble getting in contact with a no kill shelter or rescue group most have messages saying they are full... I can't afford what medical needs she may need probably pretty extensive... sterilization, skin treatment for mange, parasite control probably more... but I'm hoping someone will have a good heart to adopt and save her... any help with what i can do to get her in a good shelter? i live in dallas TX if that helps

mange isnt that hard to treat..try bathing her and them coating her fur with baby oil..mange is a parasite, and the oil will kill the parasite.

You can google animal shelters and find one in your area!

no kills jst send em to kills , try putting her up for sale or asking evry1 u know! just no shelters) and why cant ur mother keep er?
