Gigantic bruise on hip, scary, no pain, but growing?

YES, I know I should see a doctor, so please leave out that advice, it is already scheduled, but just sort of FREAKED about a bruise the size of the palm of my hand seemed to suddenly show up on my left hip, on the side of my upper leg. I figured I got it by hitting Greyhound bus seat armrests when I went up north last month, but the bruise didn't start big, and get small, it did the opposite. It also has whitish flecks in it. My friend says they're just pores. The thing is scary looking. What makes skin bruise like this? I dun' care about how it looks, I'm past age to care about that, much. Just want to make sure it's not some weird disease I ought to do something about RIGHT now or wait til next week's appointment. I am wondering also: since lately, I've been under a LOT more stress and emotional catastrophe than usual owing to a messy breakup of the sort one doesn't get over for years, if ever at all. Can that sort of thing affect one's skin? (Seems to affect my whole self.)
Gigantic bruise on hip, scary, no pain, but growing?it may not even be a bruise, since we don't know what it looks like, so it would be hard to say
bruise should only get smaller, not any bigger; it could be skin infection
Gigantic bruise on hip, scary, no pain, but growing? Its not just a bruise....
sounds like the injury may have caused a blood clot and is progressing into a major infection.
Get to the doctor ASAP... as in NOW. Don't wait for the appointment.
If you are lucky, I'm wrong. If I'm right and you wait... you can lose your leg.
Gigantic bruise on hip, scary, no pain, but growing?Don't worry about it! You can't lose your leg like the guy above me said! Stress can definelty have an impact on your skin and when you're stressed out, your bruise can't heal properly and fast...stop freaking out. If you are, go to the ER but listen not to worry about it! It's nothing big
