Ginger people ?

What should we as a country do to rid our country of Ginger people? ( ginger: person with red hair, freckels, and often times light skin ) What should we do and should it be considered a real disease? Also I've thought up the idea to send them to madagascar after collecting all of them. Is this a good plan? Please help and give me your thought and see if these are good ideas. We need to quickly do something ?

I think they should all be forced to work for minimum wage in the world's biggest marmalade factory.
