I have all these veins stic..

so yea, when i sit down i see all these veins raised above the skin level on my feet, and trust me i see ALOT of veins sticking out. But when i raise my feet up, it seems like the blood flows down and the veins become less visible. Also, this happens to my hands too when i put my hands down. This veins thing used to only happen after i shower, but now it happens always. Sometimes, i also get pain in the area where my heart is. Am i having a heart disease? Is my blood circulation really bad? How can i improve it?
