My friend dick got pimples ..

he said he had the pimples on his dick when he was a little baby and they never went away and he tried popping them but they still don't go way that don't hurt him or nothing they got pop and white stuff come out (not semen) but they look like the pimples on your face a little bit they is on his skin part not his head, .do anybody have a cure for the pimples on his dick, it don't look like no disease or nothing it looks like a regular pimple

Your friend should talk with his doctor. The skin on the penis is very sensitive and putting any lotions or ointments could cause more problems. He could have an infection and not realize it. I'm not talking about an STD. Sometimes the body's normal bacteria get out of balance and an infection occurs. His doctor can give a diagnosis better than anyone here can.

go to the doctor..................tell them about it and see if they recommend anything

It is re-occurring boils/ cysts/abscesses that are often misdiagnosed as ingrown hairs, herpes, being unclean or over weight and folliculitis.
