constipation
diarrhea
dry mouth
dry skin
stomach feeling full
darkened stools but not to the point it is bloody but darker than normal
i have been like this for about 4 weeks
any one heard of a disease that would cause this please help

Hmm... it sounds like, dehydration, are you drink pleanty of fluids? Or, it could be some sort of allergic reaction. But, my guess is dehydration. Maybe IBS... and dehydration from the diarrhea.
