I am doing masturbation daily. But I am doing it different way . Daily I am moving my skin to forward and back when I am reaching the climax I am stopping the same. I mean I am not spitting the sperm out. Again after two three hours I am doing the same. This I will continue two three days and the sperm I am sending out only after third day. Now I have a doubt is it cause any problem in my health or there is any chance for any disease.

You mean you masturbate to the point of almost cumming then stop and hold it back, and repeat it a couple of days. If that's what you're describing guys do it all the time. Other than making your nuts hurt its not medically unsafe.
